San Francisco, CA (November 28, 2006) — Seven Hills Partners LLC announced today that Ted Ridgway has joined the firm as a Partner in its Technology, Media and Telecom practice. Mr. Ridgway will specialize in advising new media and Internet companies on strategic growth initiatives including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Previously, Ridgway served as a vice president and general manager at RadiSys Corp., (NASDAQ: RSYS) where he managed company-wide business development and M&A activities and was responsible for the communications equipment business. Prior to RadiSys, Ridgway was with the Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group, responsible for Internet and new media investment banking clients. He has also held senior positions with Volpe, Brown Whelan & Co. and has worked at Salomon Brothers, and Kidder, Peabody & Co.
